6. Here’s how it works:
• 3 pairs of employees from different teams will
meet together for 20 minutes.
• You’ll then swap with another pair for 20 more
minutes.
• You’ll swap with another pair for 20 more
minutes.
Kind of like speed dating, but without the awkwardness!!
7. Details
• All Billerica employees are encouraged to join
the program.
• Sessions will take place during company
hours.
• You may sign up as often as you’d like.
• And yes, there will be snacks involved.
8. Why participate?
• Provides an opportunity to get to know
colleagues you’ve never spoken to other than
saying ‘Hi’ on your way to the printer.
• Find out what other departments really do.
• Meet new people and share your interests.
• Maybe hear how someone else has already
solved a problem you are working on.
• Help newer employees feel welcome!
