Example For a Namespace is System.Console.WriteLine()
 System is the Namespace in which the Console class is located
A Class in a namespace can be access using the Dot operator
 C# support a feature known as using directive that can be used to import the
namespace system into the program
Using System(Directive)
Using System statement tells the complier to look in the system library for
unresolved class name
Using :- It is a directive
