What did i do plan
1. 14th of January - 25th of February
I decided to make a complete different program to sustain the level I reached in
January. I didn't do this as frequent as I did it before, because the organising of our
festival for unit 2 took me a lot of time. It worked to do exercises 5 times a week, I had
the same program every week. This program worked really well for me, I had enough
time to do my other stuff and this didn't take a lot of time. Thanks to the program I
knew what I had to do and took time do to it as well.
Monday: - Gym for an hour to do cardio. Because I do this my `
stamina will become better and I can sing longer without
being out of breath.

- Playing guitar & Singing
- Vocal warm-up
Tuesday - Playing guitar & Singing
- Stretching
Wednesday: - Cardio Training
- Core exercise
- Playing guitar & Singing
- Vocal warm up
Thursday: - Hour to the gym to do cardio.
- Stretching
2. Friday: - Playing guitar & Singing
- Core exercise
Saturday: - Stretching
- Playing guitar & Singing
- Vocal warm up
