On December 20 I ordered a stereo from mail – order catalog but
received the wrong model and when I realized of that, I called your
company many timesto make my complain However Nobody answer
the phone.
The stereo I asked you is bigger, more modern and multifunctional and
for that I paid 1000 USD and the small stereo sent only cost 400 USD. A
reason to buy my stereo is because I need to give it away as a present
for Christmas to someone special and the worst thing is that I received
it after of Christmas. Despite it all I was the only prejudiced, I need a
quickly solution to compensate the mistake and you told me is there
was a mistake you would to pay an offsetting of 1000 USD.
The only thing I ask you is to change my stereo and pay me 500
USD. Please, I will waitfor the answer because I am your customer
many years ago.
