Intussusception is a medical condition in which a part of the intestine folds into the section immediately ahead of it. It typically involves the small bowel and less commonly the large bowel. this case is a discussion of intussusception in a pup and it's surgical correction.

 Ceftriaxone @ 25mg/kg i/m
 Meloxicam @0.2mg/kg s/c
ANAESTHESIA
 Acepromazine @ 0.05mg/kg i/m +
Butorphanol @ 0.4mg/kg i/v
 Midazolam @ 0.2mg/kg + Ketamine
@5mg/kg as i/v to effect
 Isoflurane – maintenance

MANAGEMENT
 Controlled activity
Easily digestible liquid food – 4 days
 Afterwards – small amount of normal food
 suture removal – 10th day
