2. About Us
In ‘Ghuddi Foundation’, we are a few free spirited people,
flying high on dreams and trying to achieve the impossible,
just like a 'Ghuddi' (Kite)......
We believe in generating sustainable income for the
unfortunates who are currently living below the poverty line.
Empowering their next generation with education is one of
the most powerful tool.
The largest & most ambitious program of our foundation is ‘Education for All (সবার জন্য শিক্ষা)’.
Other than that, we finance people in medical needs. We helped many people during the Rana
Plaza disaster. We also do a winter cloth drive every winter. We also finance small business if
the business model is convincing (no fancy business plan needed).
This is a completely non-profitable organization. We do not get paid for our involvement in the
organization nor do we take any mode of payment from here.
3. What we do (@ Education for All)
Every year, after the S.S.C. result, we see a series of news
published on students who achieved GPA 5, under the
most adverse scenario we can ever imagine for a student.
They work as farmers, laborers, rickshaw pullers,
construction workers and so on.
They hardly have food to eat, cloths to wear and no time to
play as a child. But, at the end they’ve come out as
CHAMPIONS!!!
But…just after a few days, we forget them.
“Education for All” works with these CHAMPIONS to
ensure their next level of education

17. What benefits will be provided to these students with my contribution?

What is the amount required to sponsor one student?
For above mentioned benefits, the total amount per student is 85,000 Taka for 30 months.
A sponsor can deposit this amount in 5 installments (each installment being 17,000 Taka
over a period of 6 months)

18. Can a sponsor get information about the student?
Of course! Detailed information of the student(s) will be sent to the sponsors (including a
contact number). Sponsors can directly communicate with the students. It is always helpful and
motivating for the students if a sponsor calls them and enquires about their education and other
well-beings. Also, the result cards of H.S.C. 1st year and 2nd year will be sent to sponsor’s email
address directly.
Can I contribute partially instead of fully sponsoring a student?
Sure. Because such partial contributions can sum up and sponsor a student. Understandably, in
these cases there won’t be any one-to-one mapping with a sponsor and his/her student as one
student will theoretically have several sponsors.
Those of you who are working for “Education for All” program; are you
taking any money for running it?

NO! We are voluntarily contributing (time & money) for this program for the last
4 years because we consider ourselves fortunate enough compared to these
talented students and also we strongly believe in this cause for which we are
working, that education should be accessible to all. Your contribution will go
100% directly to the students, guaranteed.
