Fabdial will assign a dedicated sales/marketing resource based on your subscription plan
The assigned resource shall work 8 hours/day for 5 days in a week
Fabdial runs its operations round the clock and our sales resources will be available to work with
our customers under any timezone
We work throughout the year excluding government holidays (12 days). Sales resources
assigned to our customers are entitled to avail 2.5 days leave/month

Payment terms:
Prepaid Subscription Model - Monthly payment to be completed in advance. Fabdial will assign
resources & start working on the project immediately after receiving the payment.
Cancel Anytime - No Contracts & No Obligations: You will be charged monthly & you can cancel
anytime.
If you cancel, you’ll only be charged for the current billing period. You won’t be charged again
after that.

11. FAQ’s
1) How do you charge customers?
Fabdial works on a prepaid model where the monthly invoice amount should be paid in advance.
2) Can I pay 50% now and remaining amount at the end of the month?
Fabdial does not accept any kind of split payments as this affects our accounting process. If
budget is an issue, then we recommend our customers to start with a small project with minimal
investment & sign up for a bigger one later.
3) What are the kind of results can I expect?
Fabdial works closely with its customers in setting & achieving monthly performance goals. We
will review progress & make changes in the sales/marketing strategy as deemed necessary after
collaborating with our customers.
4) Can you guarantee a fixed number of sales leads or closed deals for the project?
No. We do not guarantee any number of sales leads or new deals. Sales success depends on a
number of other factors like quality of your product, business model, market conditions, type of
industry, geography.
5) When will you start the work?
We will start the work after monthly subscription amount is received from our customers.

6) What kind of performance reports can I expect? How do I track progress?
All progress can be tracked online in real time using Google Docs. Our customers receive
detailed performance & progress reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
7) Do I need to sign a long term contract? How do I cancel the service.
No Contracts & No Obligations. You'll be charged monthly and you can cancel anytime. If you
cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
8) What kind of people will be assigned to work on the project?
We assign highly qualified sales professionals who are trained on world class sales
methodologies. Most of them are engineers & MBA's
9) Who will be my point of contact during the project?
Fabdial will assign an account manager who will assist you during the project & will ensure
successful completion of the same.
10) Can I bargain? Do you offer discounts?
We are a fixed price shop. We offer no discounts.
