3. HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PUDDING

4. OIngredients;
1. 1 cup Dutch-processed unsweetened cocoa
powder
2. ½ cup cornstarch
3. 1 ½ cups sugar
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. ½ cup regular non-fat milk
6. 2 cups milk
7. 2 cups heavy cream
8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
9. Strawberries

1. Medium sauce pan
2. Whisk
3. Individual serving dishes or a 1 ½ quart sized serving
dish
4. Large bowl

6. O Steps;
1. First, combine dry ingredients in a large bowl to
create instant pudding mix

7. 2. Then, measure out 1 ¾ cups of pudding mix
Add this to a medium sauce pan and store the rest in an
airtight container in the refrigerator.

8. 3. Next, pour 2 cups milk and heavy cream into the
sauce pan
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, while
whisking gently.

9. 4. Next, lower the heat to slimmer
Cook for four additional minutes while continuing to
whisk the mixture

10. 5. Next, remove the pot from the heat once pudding has
tickened and stir in the vanilla extract

11. 6. Next, use a sieve and pour the mixture through it
Serve in individual dishes or you could use a 1 ½ quart
sized serving dish

12. 7. And then, wrap the pudding with plastic wrap
Place in the refrigerator for about four hours so that the
pudding can chill and settle
