Six Ways to Get Paid
1. Get Paid on Retail Profits. As an Associate
you can order products at wholesale cost
(generally 33 percent off retail) directly
from Isagenix and resell to your customers
at retail. This enables you to earn up to 25
–50 percent profit above wholesale pricing
on product sold from your inventory.
You can also allow customers to order
products directly from the company
through your Associate web site and
earn Retail Direct Profits. This profit is
calculated and paid weekly by subtracting
the wholesale price, and a $4.95 USD
administration fee from the Suggested
Retail Price. The Business Volume (BV)
from any Retail Direct Sales of 100 BV or
more is treated as Personal Volume (PV).
2. Our Generous Product Introduction
Bonuses (PIBs)! Isagenix pays you every
time you personally enroll an Associate
that purchases an optional Product
Introduction System or Pak. You’ll get a
one-time Product Introduction Bonus from
$10 to $150 (for example, $25 for the 30-
Day System). You can even earn a Daily
Bonus of $80, $150 or more!
3. Amazing Team Bonuses! You earn
Team Bonuses by becoming a “Paid-As”
Consultant and building two Associate
Sales Teams—your Left Sales Team and

Network Marketing Glossary
WORDS AND PHRASES COMMONLY USED IN THE NETWORK MARKETING INDUSTRY.
Achieved Rank – The highest rank in which
an Associate has qualified within the Isagenix
compensation plan.
Active – Minimum of 100 in Business Volume (BV)
within the last 30 days.
Activated – The instant that an Associate first
becomes Active.
Active Associate – After meeting a minimum
of 100 BV within the last 30 days, Associates are
qualified as Active Associates. Active Associates
can earn retail profits, Product Introduction
Bonuses (PIBs) and accumulate the BV of
Personally Enrolled Associates. Associate – An
independent contractor who has completed an
Associate application and had it accepted by
Isagenix. An Associate may purchase product at
wholesale prices and participate in the Isagenix
Team Compensation Plan.
Associate Support System – The complete
online support system provided to each Isagenix
Independent Associate at the time of signup. The
system includes a personalized Website mirrored
after the company’s own, where prospects and
customers can be directed to view and purchase
Isagenix products or sign up as Associates. It also
includes a complete online Associate Back Office
and training materials to help manage and support
the growth of your Isagenix business.
Autoship – A program of convenience where
a pre-selected order is shipped each month.
Autoship orders provide additional savings and
convenience to Associates and Customers.
Autoship Rewards – A special discounted
pricing on certain paks when a member has an
established Autoship. They only need to have an
Autoship order set up on their account to receive
discounted rewards pricing.
Back Office – An online support sustem available
to our Associates and Preferred Customers,
allowing them to purchase product, set up or
modify an Autoship and sign up members. The
Back Office also contains training materials and
information to help Associates manage and build
their business.
Business Volume (BV) – A point value assigned
to each commissionable product.
Celebration – Annual Isagenix-hosted event that
provides the opportunity to get the motivation,
the training, and the secrets to success that will
provide you a powerful head start on your Isagenix
business.
Compensation Period – From Midnight Sunday
night to the following Sunday night at midnight
(Eastern Time). Compensation is paid each week,
one week in arrears.
Consultant – This is You + 2. Become an Active
Associate with at least one Active Personally
Enrolled Associate on your Left Sales Team and
one Active Personally Enrolled Associate on you
Right Sales Team within the same 30 days.
Customer – Retail customers, preferred
customers and Associates who enjoy Isagenix
products, but are not earning compensation.
Cycle – A term to define the total accumulation
of 900 Group Volume (GV) in your Sales Team
where at least 1/3 (300 BV) is in the Minor Volume
Sales Team and 2/3 (600 BV) is in the Major
Volume Sales Team. A Cycle triggers a Team
Bonus based on qualification.
Day – From Midnight to Midnight (Eastern Time)
the Next Day. Compensation is calculated daily
and paid weekly, one week in arrears.
Director – This is You + 2, Them + 2 – 3 times.
Earn the rank of Director by being active
(minimum of 100 in Personal Volume (PV) at
any time within the prior 30 days) and have 6
Personally Enrolled Associates—at least one on
each of your Sales Teams (Left and Right)—who
are Paid As Consultants any time in the same 30-
day period.
Ecount – The Isagenix Ecount card is a
MasterCard that is used to pay all compensation.
This card is issued the week following your first
earned compensation. Funds are loaded directly
on your card and can be accessed through ATMs
or used at any MasterCard Merchant or you can
transfer the funds to any US-based bank account.
Enrolling Sponsor – The Sponsor who
personally enrolls an Associate. The Enrolling
Sponsor is eligible to earn a Product Introduction
Bonus on the optional purchase of a Product
Introduction Pak by their newly enrolled Associate.
They also count volume of their personally-
enrolled Active Associates toward activation
of their Retail Business Center (RBC) and
maintenance of their rank. Enrolling sponsors
qualified at Executive rank are eligible to earn
the 10% Matching Team Bonus on their active
personally enrolled Consultants and Executives.
Excess Volume – Any personal volume (PV)
that exceeds the required Qualifying Volume (QV)
amount within the last 30 days is considered
Excess Volume, and is applied to the Minor
Volume Sales Team.
Executive – This is You + 2, Them + 2 – 5 times.
Achieve this rank by being Active and having 10
Personally Enrolled Active Associates – five on
each Sales Team (Left and Right) – who are Paid
As Consultants within the prior 30 days.
Executive Benefits – In addition to Associate
and Consultant benefits, Paid As Executives
receive up to 250 additional Cycles each
week as 10% Matching Team Bonus earned by
Personally Enrolled Paid As Consultants and
Executives. Executives may also qualify for profit
opportunities through upline reentries.
Executive Leadership Pools – Compete
against your peers in one of our four pools
and win your share of $100,000 every month.
Achieve and maintain Paid-As Executive, with
20 or more Team Bonus cycles for at least two
weeks of the month.
Executive Matching Team Bonus–As an
Active Paid-As Executive, you are eligible to
receive a 10% Matching Team Bonus on the
weekly Team Bonus income of all personally-
enrolled Paid-As Consultants and Executives.
The 10% Matching Team Bonus is calculated
daily and paid weekly. Paid-As Executives
can earn up to 25 Cycles in Matching Team
Bonus each week on their personally-enrolled
Consultants and Executives.
Grace Period – A five-day grace period is added
to 30 days in determining Active status. The effect
is a month that has actually 35 days.
Group Volume (GV) – Group Volume (GV) is
the BV that accumulates in your Left and Right
Sales Teams based on your Active and Paid
As status. Note: GV does not include the 100
PV necessary to maintain Active status. Active
Associates of all ranks will accumulate the PV of
personally-enrolled Associates towards the left or
right sales team based on which sales team they
are in, and will accumulate Excess Volume, which
will be placed in their minor sales team once they
have qualified as a Consultant or at the time of
order. Paid-As Consultants and Executives will
also accumulate GV of their downline Associates.
Associates of any Rank who are not active will not
accumulate GV until they regain Active status.
Holdover Volume – A stabilizing feature of the
Isagenix Team Compensation Plan that allows
Active Paid-As Consultants to holdover unpaid
GV in each of their two sales teams to accumulate
towards next earned Team Bonus cycles. This
process will occur as long as you remain an active
Paid-As Consultant or until the end of any day that
you have accumulated a minimum of 100 total
cycles. When this occurs, Isagenix will allow you to
hold over up to 12,000 GV in your Major Volume
Sales Team and all remaining GV in your Minor
Volume Sales Team. This process will repeat itself
over and over as you grow your business

Major Volume Sales Team – In the Isagenix
Team Compensation Plan composed of two Sales
Teams; the Sales Team holding the most unpaid
Group Volume (GV) is considered the Major
Volume Sales Team.
Manager – This is You + 2, Them +2. Earn the
rank of Manager by being active (minimum
of 100 in Personal Volume (PV) at any time
within the prior 30 days) and have 2 Personally
Enrolled Associates—at least one on each of your
Sales Teams (Left and Right)—who are Paid As
Consultants any time in the same 30-day period.
Mega Cycle – A Mega Cycle occurs at the
end of any day (Midnight Eastern Time) that a
minimum of 100 cycles has been accumulated
since your join date or the last Mega Cycle. To
provide stability to the Team Compensation
Plan, Isagenix will hold over up to 12,000 GV in
your Major Volume Sales Team and all remaining
volume in your Minor Volume Sales Team
towards earning your next Team Bonus Cycles.
Any Volume above the 12,000 from your Major
Volume Sales Team is removed.
Minor Volume Sales Team – In the Isagenix
Team Compensation Plan composed of two
Teams; the Sales Team holding the least unpaid
Group Volume (GV) is considered the Minor
Volume Sales Team.
Paid As Consultant – Those consultants who
continue to maintain Active Consultant requirements.
In addition to being eligible for earnings of an
Associate, they may earn Team Bonuses.
Paid As Rank – Once an Associate reaches a
certain rank within the Isagenix compensation
plan, they will maintain that rank until they
advance to the next rank. However, for
compensation purposes, the Associate will be
“paid as” the rank that their volume and personally
sponsored team members volume qualify them in
a given Compensation Period.
Personally Enrolled Associate – An Associate for
which you are registered as the Enrolling Sponsor.
Placement Sponsor – The Sponsor that the
new Associate will be placed directly under
in the genealogy. This person can also be the
Enrolling Sponsor.
Preferred Customer – A Preferred Customer
(PC) completes a simplified PC application
and pays an annual fee. They are provided a
personalized Website to purchase products at
wholesale prices and may also enroll PCs or
Associates through their Website. PCs are also
given a spot in the Associate genealogy tree and
may elect to convert to the position of Associate
within 12 months of their join date to begin
participation in the Team Compensation Plan.
Product Introduction Bonus – Associates are
eligible to earn a one-time $10–$100 Product
Introduction Bonus (PIB) whenever a personally-
enrolled Associate purchases an optional PIB Pak
from Isagenix directly at the time they enroll. PIB
Bonuses will also be paid on President’s Paks
purchased within the first 60 days of enrollment.
Rank – A term used to define the position an
Associate has achieved within the Isagenix Team
Compensation Plan. The four ranks are: Associate,
Consultant, Star Consultant and Executive.
Rank Advancement Bonuses – The one-time
rank advancement bonus is for Associates who
reach the Paid-As Consultant, Star Consultant,
Executive and/or Crystal Executive ranks for the
first time only. The two-time rank advancement
bonuses are for those who reach Paid-As
Executive within the same week that they meet
their Golden Circle cycle requirements for 1, 2
or 3 Star. If you maintain Paid-As Executive and
achieve the Golden Circle rank again, you’ll receive
a second bonus.
Recognition Rank – The rank used for
recognition purposes and is often interchangeable
with Achieved Rank Status.
Rejuvity® – Uses the best skincare and nutritional
products to synergistically support your body
to rejuvenate and restore its major systems from
within, Rejuvity addresses the changes that take
place at the cellular and biological level.
Reset – The removal of Group Volume (GV) from
your left and right sales teams that is no longer
eligible to be used in calculating your Team
Bonuses. Reset occurs at the end of any day an
Associate of any rank becomes inactive.
Retail Business Center – As a new Associate,
you will be given a Retail Business Center (RBC)
for the purpose of tracking placement genealogy
and the Group Sales Volume of your downline
sales team.
Retail Customer – This is not a distributor
position within the Team Compensation Plan.
This customer purchases product directly from
an Associate.
Retail Direct Customer – A customer who
orders Isagenix products at retail prices directly
from your Associate Website. These customers are
not Independent Associates.
Retail Direct Profits – The profit you earn
from your Retail Direct Customers who order
directly from the Company. You do not need to be
Active to earn Retail Direct Profits. This profit is
calculated by subtracting the wholesale price and
a $4.95 administration fee from the retail price on
each order.
Retail Profits – The profit you earn from the
purchases of your Retail Customers taken from
your inventory. You do not need to be active to
earn Retail Profits.
Team Bonuses – Paid-As Consultants and
Executives are eligible to earn Team Bonuses by
building two Sales Teams– the Left Sales Team and
the Right Sales Team. When you accumulate 900
points in Group Volume (GV) and at least 300 of
those points came from one of your sales teams
and 600 points came from your other sales team,
you earn a Team Bonus. This is called a cycle. Your
RBC can cycle multiple times every day.
Week – From Midnight Sunday night to the
following Sunday night at midnight (Eastern
Time). Compensation is paid each week one week
in arrears.
