• Bienvenidos has been a successful nonprofit providing
services to the community for over 28 years.
• Thesis: Research shown positive outcomes on nonprofit
organizations who promote higher job positions, pay
moderate wage salaries, and have established a merit based
program for its employees.

• No increase in pay for those with seniority
• No interagency promotions given
• No established merit pay program
• No incentives put in place to welcome current staff
community

• Bienvenidos Children’s Center under the Supervised Visitation
Program should establish a merit pay program, in order to
boost employee productivity, retention and motivation.
