THAT PASSION: WATER….
THERE WAS A TIME WHEN
 WATER WAS PLENTIFUL
          AND
    LIVES ON EARTH
      FLOURISHED.
     NOT ANYMORE!!
Today water use is rising at
  double the rate of global
 population growth……due
  to emerging markets and
         global climate
 change…………Two thirds
     of the world is water
           stressed.
 Population growth is only
   one factor. The other is
           pollution.
Over 4000 children die every
day drinking polluted water.
Bottled water is everywhere
 and we depend on it for
 convenience and health.
   The packaged water
 industry is worth US$85
          bn/yr .

It is growing at an average
             of
       8% per annum.
On the island of Jemara,
  south of Batam, there is a
 natural spring of water that
is as beautiful as wild jungle
flowers and which flows into
  the sea at a rate of about
   100 ltrs/min. The land is
 ours and the water belongs
             to us.
    We have two options.
         1. Waste it or
           2. Save it
The problem is not that the
   world is running out of
 water. There is exactly the
same amount of water today
as there was a million years
  ago, but a soaring global
population and groundwater
   pollution is creating an
       acute shortage.
Worldwide 4000 children die
 everyday drinking polluted
            water.
What is clear is that growth
 in this industry has been
very strong for many years
  now, averaging 8% per
           annum.

 Lakers Pte Ltd is a Singapore
 registered company designed
  to develop our business and
  markets to sell bottled spring
      water from our land in
            Indonesia.
Our water source is on Jemara
 Island, about 50km south east
      of Batam, Indonesia.
Because the water source is in
       Indonesia, we have
   incorporated a company in
Batam (PT Lakers), Indonesia to
     complete our corporate
          infrastructure.

      provide clean
      drinking water
   worldwide, with a
     vision to use its
profits and knowledge
    to serve regions
around the world with
 little or no access to
 clean drinking water.
