10. GLASSWASHING STATION
Glass washing Station
comprises of
1. LandingArea –This is the
area where all the dirty
glasses will be collected.
2. Dump sink – All the liquids,
garnishes & straws from the
dirty glasses will go into the
strainer of the dump sink.
3. Waste bin – All the waste
from the dump sink will be
collected in the waste bin.
4. Glass washer – Now the
glasses are ready for
washing.

11. WASTE BIN
 Waste Bin is one of the most
important equipment of the
Underbar.
 A few seconds saved makes a lot of

 The garbage can is conveniently
moved with the wheels at the
bottom.

12. SINK UTILITYCABINET
 We know the art of maximum
utilization of resources and space.
 Our product, Sink Utility Cabinet, is
an example of this concept.
 This sink comes with storage space
underneath the sink to keep all the
washing chemicals.
 The sink has a mixer tap with two
pipes attached at the back.
 The drain pipe discards all the waste
at the back.

13. COCKTAIL STATION
 Our cocktail station is so designed that a
bartender never has to take more than one
step when serving
 Every component has been placed for
maximum ergonomics and efficiency.
 Every product manufactured by us is laser
cut and machine bend.
 They are then welded and manually honed
and polished to perfection. All of our
products are produced to the highest
international standards.
 The product has various sections – an
insulated ice bin with a divider, three fold
cover, bottle well, speed rail, and storage
space underneath.

14. DRY STORAGE
 Dry Storage Cabinet with perforated
shelf and drainboard top.
 Cabinet is used for storing glasses but
can also be used to store all the dry
amenities used and required bar.

17. STEP RAIL
 A step rail is provided with ample space to keep
all the frequently used bottles.
 The step rail is designed to make the required

 Challenge was to use given
space optimally to incorporate
coffee station, glass washing

draught beer system, enough
storage of ice and storing
almost 600 Beer bottles along
with other liquors.

 The Admiral Bar is an nautical-
themed food joint and pub,
that is offering a cruise-like
experience.
 Keeping the snazzy ship-like
decor aside, the Admiral will
also bring a multitude of
fusion food varieties and
cocktails to make you go
gaga.
 Finally talking about the 'drink
like a sailor' deal, the place will
feature a huge boat-like bar
area with the addition of
barrel-shaped liquor shelves,
all stacked up with notable
international and domestic
labels, so better be ready to
be bamboozled!
BARZZO has planned the entire
concept.
