I am now working with Jurutera Perunding Tekad Maju Sdn Bhd as a Structural Engineer. My
work required me to design and modeled high rise building and housing from sub-structure up to
the superstructure. I involved in both reinforced concrete design and steel structure design. I
hope my knowledge and skills that I currently hold and my degree can somehow benefit your

I was graduated from University Technology Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam majoring in Bachelor of
Civil Engineering (Hons) Extension of Environment, in January 2013.

1. Project : Dwiputra Phase 3, Putrajaya
Consists of an apartment tower on top of 5 stories podium carpark
includes the Lower Ground which is the water tank level.
Client : Setia Putrajaya Development Sdn Bhd
Task & Responsibility:
 Design the podium carpark elsewhere the tower design by a
senior engineer.
 Tender Preparation
 Attends CCM meeting and Pre Tender Meetings
 Involve with authority and architect for Building Plan
submission.
2. Project : Eco-Majestic, Semenyih
Consist of 4 types of terrace house with mixed foundation. Each
type comes with different layout and different requirement from
architect good side.
Client : Eco World Development Sdn Bhd
Task & Responsibility:
 Design a 2-storey of terrace house with typical end corner and
odd corner.
 Design works involving of piling, footing and superstructures.
 All the design and modeling works were carried out using
Orion 17 and spreadsheets for structural analysis.
 Involved in piling design including pile cap.
 Attend site visits, site meetings and client-consultant meetings.
 Involved in all stages of project.
 Involved in authority approval process.
 Assist other engineer on structural design for other terrace type.

4. 3. Project : Eco-Sky SOHO in Taman Wahyu
Consist of 33-storey Residential Tower and 7-storey car park
Podium in Taman Wahyu, Selayang. The project has 3 towers
blocks above the car park podium. The cost of the project is
approximately MYR 600 million.
Client : Eco World Development Sdn Bhd
Task & Responsibility:
 Design a 33-storey of residential tower and 7-storey of car park
podium.
 Design works include Reinforced Concrete Structure and Steel
Structure.
 All the design and modeling works were carried out using
Orion 17 and StaadPro software for structural analysis.
 Involved in piling design including pile cap.
 Manual calculations were also used when necessary.
 Involved in tendering and pre-tender process.
 Attend site visits, site meetings and client-consultant meetings.
 Involved in authority approval process.
 Assist senior engineer on structural design for other tower
blocks.
4. Project : Setia Convention Center in Setia Alam
The Setia Convention Center is the heart of Setia Alam. The
project is to propose an extension to enlarge the Convention
Center to include an Opera House inside the Center. Apart from
that, a basement car park also need to be provided to replace the
existing car park outside the Convention area.
Client : SP Setia Bhd
Task & Responsibility:
 Structural design for the extension of the Convention Center.
 Design include additional of 2 levels basement car park.
 Design using manual calculation, Staad Pro and Orion 17
structural analysis program.
 Attend client-consultant meetings.
 Drafting structural layout plan and structural details drawings.

I was trained as site engineer for a mini project of Mini Bridge Construction
and involved in site meetings and supervision of the project.
In the office, I had to do editing and checking of the Road Vertical Curve and
Horizontal Data together with Culvert And Cascade Drain Working Drawing
using AutoCad.
In addition, I also helped the Architectural Department to do Measured
Drawing of Shop units that required renovation.
