Anusara Yoga Classes for Mental and Physical Fitness There are three different terms that reflect ‘Anusara’, but all meant the same i.e. ‘to follow your heart’, ‘to go with the flow’ and ‘to flow with the grace’. From the ancient times, people have great faith on the traditional yogic and meditation methods to keep them fit and feel fresh and alive. The poses of the Anusara Yoga depend upon the postures of Hatha Yoga and are practiced globally. All the asanas or poses are taken from the “Universal Principles of Alignment™” that includes a set of concise alignment principles. Yoga Alignment Principles You should start initiating with the asanas while ‘opening to grace’. It is an intentional approach of humility and softness by aligning a person’s heart’s intention with his or her spiritual and physical being. Last, but not the least, an outward energy, Organic Energy, runs through the outer core of the body, leading to increase the flexibility, expansion and freedom in the pose.
