Dowley is deploying a full project management and lead-tech team in Iraq to assist in the
transition of US assets abroad. We will be installing a variety of security solutions including;
CCTV, Access Control, Mass Notification, and Fire solutions.
Dowley is project managing and installing a sophisticated fire and health safety technology
solution for a large oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia.

Dowley Security is providing design, construction and integration for the
security enhancements at the Vopak Deer Park Terminal. This project involves
the installation of CCTV Cameras to monitor the perimeter and critical areas
within this 300-acre facility along with testing of all CCTV cameras, controls,
systems and software. The project scope also includes an enterprise access
control system, integrating card readers and remote operated controls with
automated gate arms and other barriers at access points to track employees
and contractors on site. Dowley Security is providing cabling, power and
controls, along with other infrastructure to deliver a site-wide fiber network for
all CCTV Cameras, Access Control Systems and controls. Command and
Control capability will be provided at 4 locations within the facility. In addition,
Dowley Security is providing design and installation of perimeter lighting,
fencing and perimeter barriers.
