•A customised quotation is prepared specific to your restaurant’s

•An Einzig Implementation representative performs site survey for
restaurant and digitizes the menu in conjunction with the
restaurant management.
•A fully customized menu is presented to the restaurant with
Einzig infrastructure components installed according to the
convenience of the restaurant.
•Even though QOSKO system is very intuitive our deployment
team trains the staff on the QOSKO management console and
assists in the operational set up for the restaurant.
•The restaurant manages all their data in one system which is then
automatically propagated and made available to QOSKO for
online ordering ,QOSKO customer apps if implemented.
•As new features are updated they would be automatically
propagated through QOSKO managed services.
14. The QOSKO Business Model
QOSKO is an end-to end platform that gives the restaurant 360
visibility and improves the overall bottom line. Whether it is
through operational efficiencies, cost savings, attracting new
customers, or in increasing tab size through impulsive
purchases, QOSKO directly adds to the bottom line of the
restaurant.
QOSKO invests into the entire cost of
implementation, hardware, software and maintenance of the
QOSKO system at the restaurant. QOSKO charges the restaurant
on a minimal per order base charge or monthly fixed rental
scheme and shares in the inherent risk of the restaurant’s
business. These minimal charges equate to a small proportion of
the new revenue that has been enabled due to the QOSKO
platform.

16. Delivery:
6 weeks from date of receipt of order and advance
Payment Terms:
Refundable Security deposit per tablet and monthly rental for each month in
advance.If monthly rental paid in advance for 3 months then security deposit
can be waived off.
Installation:
QOSKO representative will visit the site for two days for installation and
commissioning.
Subsequent visits for modification/addition/re-installation of software, will be
charged at Rs.5000/- per day. It is recommended that a thorough study of the
requirements is done prior to starting software building, to avoid such future
changes.
Warranty:
One Year from the date of invoice for QOSKOsupplied materials. As a first
step, any fault will be
rectified by customer (replacing the PDMS from their spare stock). Also the
customer is required to lodge a complaint with QOSKO Technical Support.
Defective material will be collected by QOSKO and replaced/returned within 3
working days.
Training:
1 session of one day included in above at customer site.
