Mike Andreasen
Vice President/Director
Financial Planning and
Analysis
Mike joined LCS in June 2013 and has
responsibility for LCS corporate planning and
budgeting. His team also provides financial and
business decision support for all of the LCS fee
for service business lines, as well as the tax and
treasury functions for LCS. Mike has responsi-
bility for the financial services team that supports
all CCRC’s.
Prior to joining LCS, Mike held a variety of finance
roles at John Deere and spent many years
working at Sprint in the Kansas City area leading
several finance organizations. Mike is a native
Iowan, and received both his BA and his MBA
from the University of Iowa.
Marc Gaber
Vice President
Chief Information Officer
Marc’s responsibilities include providing
leadership, vision and strategic direction for LCS
technology initiatives while overseeing the
information technology department.
Marc joined LCS in 2002 and was previously the
business application manager. He was
responsible for managing LCS’s financial and
HR/Payroll enterprise software applications. Marc
and his team have implemented a number of
technology solutions that have benefited both the
company and our communities. Marc has 19
years of experience implementing enterprise-wide
business systems. Prior to joining LCS, Marc
worked as a consultant with the Oracle
Corporation.
LCS Welcomes New Employees

Baylie Swanberg to the
Human Resources team
Baylie joins us as an HR Recruiter based in the
LCS Home Office. Prior to coming to LCS, Baylie
was employed by The Mergis Group for 3 years
as a Staffing Recruiter, where she gained the
basis of her recruiting skills. Primarily focusing on
the areas of mortgage, management and
underwriting, she was able to grow the office from
30 contractors to around 200 within her first 12
months.
Baylie earned a BA in merchandising and public
relations from Iowa State University.

Anne Marie Johnson to the
Human Resources team
Anne Marie joins us as a Benefits Coordinator
based in the LCS Home Office. Anne Marie brings
with her several years of experience on the
benefits side. Previously employed with a local
broker, she has knowledge in marketing of health
and welfare plans, benefits administration, and
employee education.
Anne Marie holds a bachelor of arts degree in
general communications and a bachelor of arts
degree in Spanish, both from the University of
Northern Iowa. She also studied at the University
of Oviedo, Spain earning a Spanish certificate.
