Philinor Manpower Services and Trading, Corp. has just recently
adjoined the trading industry. It aims to build a society that values
commitment of going beyond the society’s expectations. It is also our
company’s aim to be a component that creates success to the recruitment
world. Being a newcomer weakened us not at the least, but have challenged
us to be a strong entrant.
Our company have made it a commitment to create a stand in this
huge industry. Owing to our pledge of professionalism, we ensure to
consistently provide people who are skilled, proficient and goal achievers
as we place top priority on fulfilling and satisfying our clients’ needs. To work
consistently with the developing technology, we will repeatedly transform

January 2016 at Tarlac City. It is a recruitment agency operating locally duly approved
by Securities and Exchange Commission with License No. ____________ under the
Department of Labor and Employment.
Philinor Manpower Services and Trading, Corp. is a newly established buisness
engaged in the staffing and recruitment service. The company was organized by
incorporators who believed that behind a company’s success, is its people. Settling
therightpersontoarightpositionincitesthejourneytomovingforward,accomplishing
goals, eventually to excellence for the person itself and for the company in general.
In virtue of this belief, realization of a labor recruitment agency was set forth.
Concurred as our standard, is to provide our clients with candidates equipped
with skills, proficiency and self-determination. “Customer-First” is placed as our top
priority in every transaction and proceeding. Our close professional relationship with
our clients made us unhesitatingly prompt in attending to their concerns and needs
at any event. It is our fulfillment to see our customers delighted and satisfied with our

MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All selected workers undergo and
pass the standard and applicable
medical examination for employees.
Examinations are conducted in
hospitals or clinics duly approved
and accredited by the Department of
Health.
RECORDS KEEPING
It is ensured that management of
any and all information about the
employees are accurate and are
compliant to laws and regulations
of the Philippines. Records are
regularly managed, classified,
coordinated and updated.
DEPLOYMENT
Presentation and endorsement
of workers will be scheduled and
arranged with the clients.
ORIENTATION AND TRAINING
Comprenshive orientation on the job,
employment status, company policies
and procedures,rules and regulations,
benefit and compensation package as
well as detail of the work coverage
and responsibilities of each worker
are provided. And to further ensure
good performance, workers will be
trained before assignment to the job.
