1. Production Management
Production management is vital in producing a professional piece of work. This means I’ll need to
take charge of everything and make sure everything is done and completed by the given deadline
whether it’s pre-production, post production or the filming process of the actual production. This is
key in order to reduce stress and anxiousness, and those 2 things can lead to mistakes, errors and
most likely missing deadlines which results in failure.
As the production manager, I’ll need to set dates for deadlines for filming, editing and post
production. Its then down to me whether I meet these deadlines.
