GMine is a framework for analyzing large graphs with hundreds of thousands of nodes and millions of edges. It integrates a hierarchical graph representation called SuperGraph and Graph-Tree and a graph summarization methodology called CEPS. This allows graphs to be investigated globally and locally by grasping the neighborhood of a single node or group of nodes with sublinear complexity. GMine was created as a visual environment for interactively exploring large graphs to find patterns, outliers, and communities.
