preprocessing =~ 10 mins
storage =~ 5 min
analysis =~ half an hour

2. algorithm improvement
TCR: mitcr -> mixcr (work in progress)
mitcr: tcr only
mixcr: TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD, IGH, IGL, IGK
BCR: move from fasta to fastq (almost done)

3. Framework for both BCR and TCR
Currently two pipeline:
downstream is almost the same.
upstream is very different.
