Kỹ năng gì cũng học được. Lớp đào tạo chủ yếu hướng cái đó. IQ
các con có thể cao. EQ thì cực tệ. Tại sao nhỉ, với sinh viên, cử nhân
hay chuyên gia tâm lý cũng vậy, EQ tỷ lệ thuận với thành công.
Đó là cả quá trình, mình thấy trẻ chưa đủ vui, an toàn và đam mê
để học. Trẻ cũng như ta, đều có nhu cầu, ham muốn, mong muốn
và đam mê cơ bản. Có khi nào bạn chán ăn, học, chơi, làm không?
Con có dấu hiệu từ chậm nói, và thiếu kỹ năng... nên tút lại là thiếu
kỹ năng. Và nếu là kỹ năng, học kỹ năng, con cần yêu thương, hạnh
phúc, cảm xúc và an toàn, và kết nối đa dạng với thiên nhiên và xã
hội chỗ chúng sống.

• Quan sát (quán) phần thân dưới khi thở. Thở

rỗng, thanh nhẹ thư giãn khi thở vào, ra.
• Thực hành hàng ngày 5 - 30 phút. Tại nơi yên
tĩnh

6/6 Nhận diện từ đỉnh đầu quan sát
những suy nghĩ xuất hiện.
• Nhận diện suy nghĩ, xuất hiện, biến mất:
hoàn toàn vô thường nên ta đã sai khi bám
víu vào suy nghĩ của ta mà phán xét người
khác đính kèm với cảm xúc.
• Thực hành hàng ngày 5 - 30 phút.

Câu chuyện tập thở giúp tĩnh tâm của học
