The Judge, Justice F. M. Chishimba, found that it would not be just and equitable to appoint a liquidator for Zambezi Portland Cement when the ownership is itself a topic of dispute.

the Zambezi Portland Cement.

The title deeds of the plant has been recreated
and leased to Astrea Investments.
7. Both, Miloto Transport and Astrea Investments are
owned by the Ventriglia family themselves.
8. It is evident that they trying to steal as much as possible from the
Ndola cement factory before a decision is made by the Court.
9. In light of such developments, it would be herd to ascertain the period when the
people of Ndola will have justice.
10. They have been constantly abused by the Ventriglia family and with involvement of
Zambia Reports they think themselves to be invincible.
