1. Dr. Rajan Mahtani defamed in Lamasat’s case

2. Zambia Reports fired an attack on Dr. Rajan Mahtani after
BancABC made a call for loan repayment to Lamasat.

3. According to Zambia
Reports, Dr. Rajan
Mahtani is the mastermind
behind this call and is
operating Finance Bank
Zambia from behind.

4. However, the truth is that the decision for making a call was
made by the management of BancABC.

5. Ever since Dr. Rajan Mahtani
sold the bank to BancABC, the
respective owner has been
looking after its affairs.

6. Earlier, Lamasat had availed a loan of $ 10,000,000 from
Finance Bank of Zambia and had promised to repay in 60
instalments.

7. As the time of repayment came, the payment dates were
continuously missed and hence, the management was forced to
make a call.

8. Earlier, Zambia Reports had accused Dr. Rajan Mahtani forging
signatures in the documents of Portland Cement Zambia.

9. With every passing day the conspirators are getting stronger
with their attacks as there is no support to the victim from the
Government.

10. This is why most of the innocent people in Zambia often end
up being victimised by a group of conspirators.
