8. TREATMENT
Elimination of the
polypoid tissue
Followed by extirpation
of the pulp, provided
tooth can be restored.
It should be removed
with a periodontal
curette or spoon
excavator
Bleeding can be
controlled by pressure.

9. Pulp tissue of the
chamber is then
completely removed
& temporary
dressing is sealed in
contact with be
completed radicular
pulp tissue.
Radicular pulp is
extirpated at a later
visit.
If time permits,
pulpectomy can be
done in a single visit
