 Qualified UGC-NET/JRF examination conducted by University Grants
Commission/CSIR (Govt. of India) with all India rank 95.
 Awarded UGC-JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP from period of
January 2012 sponsored by UGC, New Delhi, Govt. of India.
 Awarded DST-PURSE SCHOLARSHIP from period of April 2011 to
December 2011 sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DST)
Govt. of India.
 Awarded DEPARTMENTAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (DRF) by
the Department of Chemistry, University of Mumbai from period of 2008-
2011.
Professional Experience:-
 Worked as Junior Research Associate in NYCOMED PHARMA PVT.
LTD. (A Takeda Company) in Medicinal Chemistry Department from the
period of July 2007 - November 2008.
 Worked as External examiner for B.Sc.(Chemistry) student in IGNOU
(Indira Gandhi National Open University)
Research Interest:-
His area of interest is Synthesis of Liquid Crystal including low temperature liquid
crystalline materials, Metallomesogens, Material Science, Organic Synthesis and
New Synthetic Methods.
He is life member of Indian Liquid Crystal Society and also member of Indian
Science Congress. He has received Best Oral Presentation award at National
conference. He also worked as treasurer for International Conference organized by
VES College of arts, science and commerce in December -2014. Also delivered
lecture as resource person at UGC Refresher Course organized by department of
chemistry, University of Mumbai. Currently he is working as coordinator of
Chemistry Association of Department of Chemistry. He has also delivered various
lectures for M.Sc. students on NET-SET preparation at different colleges.
