Thanks to the agreement between BePro Football, Soccratis and Córdoba CF, we are
honored to present an internship program that opens the chance to experience first-
hand Spanish soccer.
The aim of this initiative is to provide to those coaches that are interested in a
continuous soccer learning process but in a more practical way with high level
professionals.
In other words, there is a wide range of soccer coach courses, information,
methodologies and theories. However, when the course has finished there is a lot of
knowledge waiting to be put in practice. In order to give exit to the need of taking a
background on the field, BePro Football has carefully designed a resource to balance
this lack of practical experience.
This internship program is intended for soccer coaching professionals over 18 to gain
experience in:
Assisting head coaches in the organization, preparation and management of
individual and team practices, training sessions and competition.
Leading, monitoring and coordinating practice sessions, ensuring that the
appropriate safety guidelines and standards are maintained.
Providing day-to-day guidance, assistance and support to other assistant
coaches on coaching practices and techniques.
Providing assistance in the coordination and administration of the overall
program, as required.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Duration: 1 to 3 months
Club: Cordoba CF (Spanish Second Division)
Dates: March-May 2017 & September-November 2017.
Procedure:
1. Submit your resume.
2. Personal interview via Skype with Cordoba CF international technical director
Andres Vargas.
3. Evaluation by Alex Gómez (Cordoba CF Head coordinator)
Then you will assign to a Cordoba CF team as:
1. Youth system assistant coach.
2. Assistant coach to the academy coordinator.
3. Assistant coach to Cordoba CF international technical director Andrés Vargas
Fuentes.
4. Assistant to the scouting and game analysis coordinator in a youth or professional
team.
5. Second team assistant coach in 2B.
6. Assistant of the youth system coordinator.
7. Other soccer coaching capacities at Cordoba CF.
8. First team coaching staff member in 2A. (For exceptional coaches)
BePro method course (mandatory) $1,250
This course will help candidates to become familiar with:
GPS
video
analysis of rivals
methodology of the club and Bepro ...
Duration of the course: 1 month, 3 times a week, 4 hours a day. You will get a
certificate of the course.

Diploma: Coaches will get a letter of recommendation mentioning the roles played in
the club.
