There are five steps

and mackerel.
6. Drying Fish
Drying works by
removing water
from the food,
which inhibits the
growth of
microorganisms.
Drying effectively
prevents bacteria
from surviving in
the food.
7. Flash Freezing Fish
Flash Freezing is
used to quickly
freeze perishable
food items such as
salmon, potato
chips, peas and
corn.
It is so cold that it is
below zero
degrees.
8. Arriving at the Fish Market
Using refrigerated
trucks, the seafood
is transported to the
Fish Market where
it will be auctioned
to the highest
bidder.

The local fishmonger
is usually located in
shopping centres
and sell to the
public.
10. Getting bought and cooked
Finally, the fish gets
sold to customers
and is cooked, then
making it to the
