Students of Girls Primary School, Akhtar Mohd Nasir, Loralai launched a neighbourhood campaign to promote awareness about the importance of cleanliness. Beginning with children who were not attending to their personal hygiene when coming to school, students engaged them and their families. Providing them with a basic kit including washing powder, soap and toothpaste, students coupled this with basic awareness of why using these items on a regular basis is important. As a result, a school of 250 children is now much more aware of and responsible about personal hygiene and keeping its environment clean.
