1. What to do if you use an older version of PhotoshopâŠ
At first, thank you for downloading this brush set! As you know, I created my brushes in Photoshop CS3, so
originally they donât work in the older version of Photoshop. If you use an older version (e.g. Adobe Photoshop
7.0), donât worry! I wrote this tutorial to help you create the same brushes in your version.
As you noticed, I included a folder of .jpg files in the .rar folder. Extract this folder to anywhere you can find it
later. Then open Photoshop, click on the brush tool, go to the brush list and remove all brushes from the list, as
you can see below: right click on the brush sample, then click on Delete Brush.
Donât worry, you wonât delete the brushes as files, you just remove them from the list.
After removing all brushes, open a file from the .jpg files folder*. Then go to Edit >> Define
BrushâŠ
2. Now you can see a preview of how the brush will look. Just hit OK.
Do the same with each .jpg files!
When you are ready, you can save the brushes as a set, as shown below:
Within you Photoshop directory place the set in the Presets >> Brushes folder. Now restart Photoshop, load your
new brush set, and enjoy working! ;)
Thank you!
