1. Kepada seluruh pasien/pengunjung Klinik Medic Centre, Apabila terdapat hal-
hal yang tidak menyenangkan dari staf klinik tentang pelayanan klinik
sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pasien/pengunjung, maka di harapkan
pasien/pengunjung agar dapat memberikan kritik dan saran kepada klinik
medic centre untuk perbaikan pelayanan klinik.
2. Kritik dan Saran dapat ditulis di sebuah kertas dan menggunakan pena dan di
tulis dengan sejujur-jujurnya tanpa ada rekayasa.
3. Kritik dan Saran dari pasien/pengunjung akan langsung diproses oleh menejer
klinik.
4. Segala bentuk kritik dan saran dari pasien/pengunjung akan diproses dengan
cepat demi kenyamanan dan kepuasan pasien/pengunjung Klinik Medic Centre.
