What did people do before the internet?
People did talk, social network, engage and communicate with each other and have done for 1000’s of years.All we do now is use the available technology to make this as effective, as we did with older technologies.Human interaction is nothing new and definitely nothing to be scared of as you’re doing it everyday.
Be aware of what’s around you, make sure you observe and don’t just see things and move on.
People are everywhere and everywhere they go they make communities by communicating.
Friends have friends they trust and are loyal to, they wouldn’t share things otherwise.Sharing is the most sociable activity people participate in.
Remember being sociable on and offline means people can hear you, so remember what you are saying.Balance your public and private information, don’t say something you don’t want another person to hear.
You are you, no need to invent a personality, you have to remember your lies if you do.
To be make your online presence sociable you need to locate, listen and engage with the right people.
Facebook, Linked In and Twitter the most used social media platforms. It is important to use the relevant platforms and locations that your connected communities use.
Make sure when you locate, listen and engage with the people important to you and your organisation you continue to use the relevant and effective technology.
