Daniel Kwasi Twum-Acheampong is a young sports enthusiast who graduated from Eastern Regional High School, Voorhees, New Jersey in June 2011.

2. Daniel Kwasi Twum-Acheampong is a
young sports enthusiast who graduated
from Eastern Regional High School,
Voorhees, New Jersey in June 2011. The
school is a four-year comprehensive
public high school for students in grade 9
to 12. It was established in 1965 and is
considered one of the most prestigious
schools in the area.

3. The school teams are called Vikings.
Acheampong is a dedicated, hard
working, and intelligent student who has
keen interest in sports, arts, music, and
various other extracurricular activities. He
was awarded for excellence in
musicianship and guitarship while
studying in the school. He is a member of
the National Honor Society. Presently, he
is enrolled in a Civil Engineering college
affiliated with the University of Virginia,
Charlottesville, VA. and is expected to
graduate in 2015.

4. Daniel Kwasi Twum-Acheampong is an
excellent soccer player and was the
captain of the Soccer team of his school.
He played as senior defender for his team
and was named a second-team all-South
Jersey selection by the South Jersey
Soccer Coaches Association. He was
coached by Steve Kosyla who considered
him an athletic player. He is 5 foot 10 and
is a tenacious 1-on-1 marker. He plans to
play soccer for his college team as well.

session, this includes SJSCA South
Jersey Defensive Player of the year 2010.
His team won various titles including 1st
Team all South Jersey, 1st team all
Olympic American Conference 2009-2010,
1st Team all South Jersey Group IV 2009-
2010, 1st Team all-state, NSCAA 2nd Team
all-region, and ADIDAS 2nd Team all-
region.

6. Daniel Kwasi Twum-Acheampong plays many
other sports along with soccer. These include
volleyball, golf, tennis, lacrosse, and basketball.
In his free time, he likes to play guitar, read and
volunteer for various organizations. He supports
various charity organizations such as
Outreach360, African Book Challenge, etc.
These are non-profit organizations that work for
disadvantaged children by offering them
education opportunities and providing them
donations. He is also associated with Inter-
Fraternity Judiciary Council. Acheampong is
also a volunteer Soccer coach and coaches a
group of elementary school kids in the Voorhees
Soccer Association for three years.
