2. INTRODUCTION
 Dean Zanetos has served in Hollywood for many years as a
director and producer, responsible for budgets totaling $120
million. Additionally, Dean Zanetos oversaw the video
production of the Sonoma Jazz Festival from 2004 to 2012.
One of the festival headliners was Canadian-born jazz singer
Diana Krall. Having released 13 studio albums, the Grammy-
winning artist is famed for her sultry voice and pianistic flair.
Krall was a prodigy, taking lessons in classical piano at age four.
Growing up listening to her father’s 78 RPM records, she began
performing at 15. After graduating from the prestigious Berklee
College of Music, she made her first album, Stepping Out, in
1993.

3. DIANA KRALL
 The traditional style of her second release, All For You (a
homage to Nat King Cole) propelled her to stardom. The
follow-up, When I Look in Your Eyes, went platinum and
became an international hit.
Not confined to one genre, Krall has collaborated with
several artists, such as Paul McCartney, Barbra Steisand,
and her husband, Elvis Costello. Her later CD’s include
Quiet Nights (Brazilian music) and Glad Rag Doll (songs
from the prohibition-era).
Her most recent work is Love Is Here to Stay, a collection
of American standards, sung with the legendary Tony
Bennett.
