C4 Test - Clinical quality measures – filter
■ Optional – Certify an EHR’s ability to:
– Record the data listed in paragraph
(c)(4)(iii) of this section in accordance
with the identified standards, where
specified
– Filter CQM results at the patient and
aggregate levels by each one and any
combination of the data listed in
paragraph (c)(4)(iii) of this section and
be able to:

Independent Test Execution
■ In Cypress v2, the C1 (Capture and Export) and C2 (Import
and Calculate) had an interdependent workflow
– C3 Testing was “baked” into C1 and C2
■ In Cypress v3, tests can be run independent of one another
– Tests can be run in any order
– Tests (for the same measure) will still use a common patient
test deck
