informing students of all communities and groups that align directly with the University
of Phoenix for professional development opportunities.
Employees will be trained in a social collaborative atmosphere. It is important for employees to
be able to work together and apply the skills that they will acquire within this training to prepare
our current students and Alumni, for the advancement of the professional careers. In order for

focus throughout this training. Employees will be able to analyze certain situations and a
scenario with student’s to be prepared for the engagement of Phoenix Career Services. The
instructional technology will be focused upon teaching tutorials so that employees can have a
visual on what the lesson is, the objectives, and how the practice of their actions will help
students on their rapport with advisors and the University.
