1. Chili
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1 (14.5 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chili peppers
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
¼ cup chili powder seasoning
16 ounces chicken broth
1 can black or kidney beans
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown the ground beef, onions, bell peppers in pot, stirring with a wooden
spoon to break apart as much as possible. Season with chili powder, and mix
until meat is evenly coated with seasonings.
Add the Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, beans and simmer for about 5
minutes until it starts to boil. Then add 1 tbsp of flour to thicken it up and
let simmer 30 minutes.
