  2. 2. Introduction<br />Some topics are very difficult to explain to employees in a company for many reasons:<br /><ul><li>time

  4. 4. confidentiality of the information</li></li></ul><li>Teaching reward system to employees<br /><ul><li>Reward system is a field in Human Resources very important because all the employees show interest in the way how they are paid and the benefits that they can get.
  5. 5. Some information is only for internal use in the company (budgets, salaries, etc), but other could be public as the theory and principles of the reward employee system.
  6. 6. In many companies the employees do not have access to any information.</li></li></ul><li>Proposal<br /><ul><li>Put common information in the internet where employees can access in their free time.
  7. 7. Learn is easier if employees can see in a friendly and well known way, i.e. Facebook, Wiki.
  8. 8. Concentrate all the information in wiki, create links to a group in Facebook and presentations in other Web 2.0 applications.</li></li></ul><li>What I did for developing this idea...<br /><ul><li>Created a group in Facebook.
  9. 9. Invited some friends, these friends also can invite more friends. Thus the group can increase the number of members and more people can share and learn.
  10. 10. Created a wiki for storing the information about rewards.
  11. 11. Both pages are referenced each other and authorized people can contribute.</li></ul> This experience is used in some companies.<br />
