Une de mes recettes préférée!!!

1. Beignets Camerounais: Lofombo
INGREDIENTS :
• 500 g de farine
• 250 ml de lait
• 1 sachet de levure boulangère ...
Doughnuts Lofombo Cameroon:
INGREDIENTS :
• 500 g of flour
• 250 ml of milk
• 1 sachet boulangere yeast
• 60 g of butter
• 1 egg
• 80 g of sugar
• A pinch of salt
• The Wedge of lemon
• Oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Step 1: Delayer the yeast in the milk is tepid and put aside.
Step 2: in a salad bowl pay the flour, sugar, salt, the lemon rind and butter.
Then mix everything together.
Step 3: pay the yeast, milk, l egg and mix it all to form a paste not very sticky and train of
small balls that you file on a plan of work.
On which you pay of the flour and let it inflate for 1 hour.
Step 4: heat the cooking oil and made the dough balls until golden brown.
