6. Read how Satsuki describes where her classroom is.
さつきさん:「わたしは にねん ごくみです。みぎのろうかからかいだんにいきます。かいだんをあがります。
そして、にかいで ひだりに まがります。いちばんめの きょうしつです。」
Satsuki: I’m in 2nd grade and class(room)5. Go to the stairs from a right side hallway. Go up both
flights of stairs. Then make a left turn at the second floor. (My class room will be) the first class room.

Read this example to see how Satsuki gets to her second period class from her own classroom.
さつきさん :にじかんめは おんがくです。きょうしつから みぎに いきます。かいだんのまえで ひだりに まが
ります。そして、みぎにまがります。おんがくしつは さんばんめの きょうしつです。」

satsuki: 2nd period is music. Proceed from the classroom. Make a left turn in front of the stairs. Then make
a right turn. Music room is at 3rd class.
My 2nd period is music. I leave my classroom and turn left, and go down the hall. The music room is the
third classroom on the left side past the stairwell.(second makes sense)
