Do a Save As to give new name AND be sure to save as a PPT or PPTX file (POT means template and you want to preserve the template without your text for future use.) To save this Template and make it available for future use, copy the POT file to C:\\Users\\ user name \\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Templates In future, when you launch PowerPoint and choose File > New, click on My Templates and this will be one of the choices.
This is one of the four different Bullet Type slides provided. You can just delete the text here and add your own.
Another choice provided by Templatewise for your standard Bullet type slides.
This is another of the bullet type slides provided with this template from Templatewise.com. You can just delete the text provided and insert your own. Templatewise provides 4 different Bullet type slides – each has different graphics/background. Probably best to choose one and not use too many different ones (will make your PowerPoint look too busy). If you want to use this version, be sure to click on it so it appears in workspace. Then click New Slide > Duplicate Selected Slide. In your duplicate slide, erase the text & type your own. When you have finished your slide show, be sure to delete all the original Templates.
Here I duplicated the original slide as provided by Templatewise. With the original selected, I clicked New Slide & chose Duplicate selected slide. Otherwise Microsoft was just going to give me variations of the first bullet type slide provided by Templatewise.
4 th choice provided by Templatewise for content of your slideshow. This probably a good choice if using a lot of images in your slides because rather plain background that will not detract from your own inserted images (delete the textbox if using images) If you want to use this version, be sure to click on it so it appears in workspace. Then click New Slide > Duplicate Selected Slide. In your duplicate slide, erase the text & type your own. When you have finished your slide show, be sure to delete all the original Templates.
Here I used the 4 th choice provided by Templatewise for Bullet slides – the plain background. I deleted the text box and inserted this photo I took in 2003 of students in the WS445 classroom. Then I changed the Font for the Title to Bradley Hand.
Here I used the 4 th choice provided by Templatewise for Bullet slides – the plain background. This slide shows how you can devote the entire slide to a photo. I deleted the box for bulleted text & the Title Box, then inserted this photo I took in 2003 of students in the WS445 classroom. Used Insert > Textbox to insert description of photo.
