It is extremely important that my friends and family members trust me and by maintaining my
integrity it ensures healthy relationships. If my parents were unable to trust me, it would be
extremely hard to do what I want, but by having their trust I am able to certain things that they
otherwise would not allow. For example, going out with friends or being out a little later than my
curfew. Having the trust of my parents is so important to me, and that is why integrity is one of
the core values that I follow. When it comes to my friends I believe that trust is very important. I
rely a lot on my friends for advice and they trust me with their private information, and that is
where integrity comes in, without it I would not be a good friend. I would not be able to give
good advice or be trusted with a secret. Having integrity is such an important factor in my life
because it makes me an overall better person and it makes relationships with other people stronger.
I believe that integrity plays a key role in my relationships between friends and family. Having
another person's trust in a relationship, whether they are a family member or a friend is extremely
