West Delhi will be the
centre of industrial and
infrastructural development
activities in the next 10 - 15 years.
In MPD- 2021, out of 60,000 hectares
slated for the development, about 40,000
hectares lie in West Delhi.
Of the total 29 industrial estates notified by the
Delhi government, eight are in West Delhi.
Rising costs of land and non availability in Delhi for
commercial spaces was a major reason why investors
were forced to choose NCR.
