The content of the chive is tailored to this specific group of people. However, the Chive as a company is moving more and more away from the lifestyle enclave and closer towards a community with the creation of the chive charities. With chive charities, the focus is no longer on one specific group or audience but has broadened to include chivers and chivettes but also others interested in helping for a good cause.
