the bunkerto keepawayfromthe virus. There was justenoughsuppliestolastforexactly2 yearsto
outlive the virus. We hadto thinkcriticallyonwhowe wantedtokeep. My groupendedupkeepingthe
scientist,anarmyofficerwhohasmental instability,the doctorandthe universityprofessor. We picked
these people because the scientistcouldworkinthe labandhelpwithnew developments,the officer
was useful andcouldbe usedasa defense,andthe doctorwouldbe useful forinjuriesandpregnancies,
and the universityprofessorbecause theycouldteachthe kids. We made the scientistasa female,
officerasa male,doctor as a male and universityprofessorasa female. Thisassignmentforcedusto
thinkcriticallyaboutwhowe wantedtokeepandwhy.
