2. Raspberry Nutrimeal Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of raspberries
1 teaspoon of Fibergy Plus
3 Scoops of French Vanilla Nutrimeal
1 table spoon of coconut oil
400 ml of chilled water
Method:
• Take a cup full of fresh or frozen raspberries, A teaspoon

powder, Coconut oil with filtered water and place in
