Reminiscence is a fantastic workout for the mind,
recording recollections, along with your photos
and special small objects, we create, together,
something very special to share with your friends

• What is TIM?
• TIM is a project which aims to give older people an opportunity to
talk about their experiences.
• Will I enjoy it?
• Over a cup of tea, we will chat about your life. Your TIM Assistant
will guide you by asking questions.
• How long will it take?
• It will take up to 2 hours.
• Why would I be interested in taking part in TIM?
• Reminiscing is great for mental agility as well as being a
springboard off which many conversations begin. Your family and
friends may also enjoy talking with you about your TIM film.
• Do I need to bring anything with me?
• We would like you to choose up to twenty photos which pinpoint
different parts of your life. Baby photos, wedding photos, holiday
snaps etc. Also up to two small objects, for example a Girl Guide
