1. God is The Great Healer
Our Heavenly Father takes care of every single aspect of our lives. He not only
wants us to grow spiritually but also wants us to lead a healthy life.
He wants to bring healing to our mind, He wants us to overcome emotional
pain, and He wants us to feel good physically, mentally and spiritually.
"Bless…the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits – Who
forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, who heals [each one of] all your
diseases."
Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy
burdens, and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach
you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your
souls. -Matthew 11:28-29 (NLT)

Thus, it is important for you to understand that the Lord is our healer and the
Word of God is our medicine. "My son, attend to my words…for they are life to
those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh." (Proverbs 4:20, 22)

2. Say this to yourself, "God, You're my Healer, and by your stripes I am healed. I
thank you that the more I meditate on Your Word, the better I feel. You are my
strength and energy, and I believe your healing power is working in me right
now." (See Isaiah 53:5; Proverbs 4:20, 22; Isaiah 40:31)
