Precision Cable Measurement and Analysis Equipment
The KSM line of off-line insulation material measuring and analysis equipment
which allows minimize scrap and undesired material usage.
Equipment for the verification of wall thickness, concentricity, min/max/avg
values. All statistics are analyzed within seconds with 0.2% accuracy, which
helps companies reduce PVC compound use by up to 5%.
UNITEK: Extrusion Cross-Heads & Tooling
Cross-heads for extrusion of all applications with particular distinction on high
precision quality with a product line focus on fixed center heads, co-extrusion
heads, automatic by-pass systems, automatic color change systems, heads
for fluoro-polymers in special alloys for high temperature processing.
Foil Laminated Shielding Tapes
High quality cable shielding tapes such as aluminum/polyester,
copper/polyester, PVC, PE, Annealed Copper, Annealed Aluminum,
Aluminum/PE, Copper/PE. The tapes are supplied in multiple thickness arrays
depending on customer application requirements, and may be laminated in
various layer configurations.
Wire + Rod Pay-Off & Tensioning Control Equipment

Rotating Die Units, Wire Descalers & Scrap Wire Bundlers
A comprehensive line of equipment aimed at increasing wire drawing
efficiency and better wire finish. Products include rotating die units, wire
descalers, wire brushing units, and scrap wire bundlers. Rotating die units
provide uniform + reduced die wear with improved lubrication, and descalers
are installed in-line with wire drawing equipment to remove oxide and rust
prior to drawing.
PLASMA Wire Surface & Heat Treatment Equipment
A high tech answer to common wire manufacturing processes in the form of
PLASMA powered equipment. The units are designed to clean, degrease,
descale and anneal round and shaped, ferrous/non-ferrous and alloy wires.
Equipment can be installed in-line with wire drawing and production
equipment for high output.
Wire Pointer & String-up + Feeding & Straightening
Wire pointers in manual or powered versions for various applications and
diameters. Wire pointer stringers for copper and alluminum applications.
Shave pointers for wire up to 2” diameter. Applicable for wire, shapes, bar
and tube processing. Extremely durable pointing rollers for long life and safe
operation for the workers.
Wire Straighteners, Guides & Centering Devices
High quality tooling supplies including wire straighteners in single and double
plane units with rollers up to 3.5” diameter. Guiding equipment includes self
centering cable guides, flat and round roller type wire guides, as well as
individual rollers for material guiding applications.
Ceramics: Drawing Cones, Guides & Eyelets
An extensive line of ceramic wear parts are available as replacement parts for
OEM drawing cones, bow guides and eyelets. The product line offers
European quality parts which are made to customer specifications in order to
maintain a high production rate with high quality product output.
