       Altran Innovación (Madrid, Spain)
           – Working as a front-office CRM Analyst for a marketing application deployed in the dealerships of
              PSA Peugeot-Citroën in more than 15 European countries.
           – Being the link between the users (some few people in each country representing the whole
              subsidiary), the marketing department in both brands (Peugeot and Citroën), the development team
              (in Argentina) and the rest of applications providing us information (Peugeot and Citroën websites,
              web agencies, marketing campaigns generation systems, etc.).
           – Resolving incidents and controlling that all the information arrives/leaves properly to/ from this
              system.
           – Providing solutions to the marketing department, analyzing their needs and describing them in
              specification documents for the technical team.
           – Giving support, answering questions about the application (training, workshops).
           – Generating reports (Business Objects) about the activity in the dealer network.
